  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place squash in medium bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Top with garlic and rosemary.
  • Bake 35 min. or until squash is tender, turning after 15 min. and topping with cheese for the last 3 min. Remove from oven.
  • Heat broiler. Place baking sheet, 6 inches from heat; broil 3 min. or until cheese is lightly browned. Discard rosemary sprigs and use the garlic pulp to serve with squash.

Serve with your favourite roasted meat, such as chicken, beef or pork.
