  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut carrots into 1-1/4-inch-thick slices. (If carrots are thick, cut in half lengthwise before slicing for more even roasting.) Toss with dressing.
  • Spoon carrot mixture into foil-lined shallow baking pan; cover with foil.
  • Bake 20 min. Remove foil cover; stir. Bake an additional 20 to 25 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

For extra flavour, sprinkle cooked carrots with Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese.
