  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss cauliflower with 1 Tbsp. oil; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in bread crumbs; cook 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. While bread crumbs are toasting, heat pasta sauce as directed on label.
  • Place cauliflower in large bowl. Add pasta sauce; mix lightly. Stir lemon zest into bread crumb mixture; sprinkle over cauliflower mixture along with the parsley.


Prepare using Classico Alfredo di Toscana Mushroom Alfredo Pasta Sauce.

Special Extra

After removing the 1 tsp. zest from the lemon to use in preparing this recipe, cut the zested lemon into wedges to squeeze over each serving of the finished recipe.
