  • Spread cauliflower and chickpeas onto bottom of rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with garlic and crushed pepper. Drizzle with oil.
  • Bake 30 min.
  • Transfer to serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
