  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Spread cauliflower onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring after 15 min. Cool slightly.
  • Process chickpeas, tahini, garlic, hot sauce and remaining dressing in food processor until smooth. Add cauliflower; use pulsing action to process until smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh vegetable dippers, such as green beans, carrot sticks and/or celery sticks.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

If hummus is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until hummus is of desired consistency.
