  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cheese, pepper and oil; mix lightly.
  • Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 30 min.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and mustard until blended. Serve with potatoes.

Special Extra

For more flavour, toss potatoes with 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper in addition to the cheese, black pepper and oil before baking as directed.
