  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of each head of garlic; discard tops. Place garlic, cut sides up, on sheet of foil; drizzle evenly with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Wrap garlic in foil. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until softened. Cool until ready to use.
  • Meanwhile, arrange bread slices in single layer on baking sheets. Bake 15 min. or until toasted on both sides, turning after 8 min.
  • Squeeze garlic into medium bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese. Add remaining cheese to garlic along with the parsley and remaining dressing; mix well. Spread onto toast slices, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. to each. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

Special Extra

Mix 2 cooked and crumbled bacon slices into roasted garlic mixture before spreading onto toast slices.


Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
