  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss vegetables with Catalina Dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Cover. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, brush meat with Miracle Whip. Mix dry seasonings; rub evenly onto meat.
  • Stir vegetables; spoon to one side of baking sheet. Add meat to baking sheet. Bake meat and vegetables, uncovered, 15 to 20 min. or until meat is done (160ºF) and vegetables are caramelized.
  • Transfer meat to carving board; let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, toss vegetables with honey.
  • Slice meat. Serve with vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh parsley or cilantro just before serving.


Substitute Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing for the Catalina Dressing.


The carrots and parsnips will yield about 2-1/2 cups quartered pieces each. In addition, the 5 shallots will yield about 1 cup halved pieces.
