  • Thread all ingredients except dressing onto 16 toothpicks or small wooden skewers. Place in shallow dish. Add dressing; turn to evenly coat skewers.
  • Let stand at room temperature 20 min. to marinate, turning occasionally.
  • Remove skewers from marinade just before serving; discard marinade.


Prepare as directed, using Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese and Kraft Calorie-Wise Italian Dressing.

    I made these for a bridal shower and they were impressive and everyone enjoyed them. Simple to put together. The only time consuming part for me was roasting, peeling and cutting the peppers. Would love it if I could find roasted yellow peppers in the jar, because the colour is really nice. I've been asked to bring these to another upcoming shower:)

    Easy to make, easy to eat and enjoyed by all. I might try a different dressing the next time around but these are definitely a hit when entertaining.
