  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Place fish on one side of rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Mix dressing and ginger; brush 1/2 tsp. onto each fillet. Combine sesame seeds; sprinkle over fish.
  • Toss bok choy and mushrooms with remaining dressing mixture; place next to fish on baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, stirring vegetables occasionally.
  • Serve fish with vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with 2 sliced green onions before serving.


Prepare using any other variety of fresh mushrooms. Or, prepare using a combination of fresh mushroom varieties.


If bok choy or mushrooms are too large, cut them in half before using as directed.
