  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp. dressing in large bowl; spread onto bottom of parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 40 min., turning occasionally and drizzling with remaining dressing after 30 min. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chives and garlic until blended.
  • Place potatoes in serving bowl. Add paprika; mix lightly.
  • Serve with mayonnaise mixture for dipping.

Substitute

Prepare using Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing.

Special Extra

Sprinkle potatoes lightly with chopped fresh parsley or lime zest before serving.
