I made it using left over sweet potatoes that we had already boiled the night before for scalloped sweet potatoes... just tossed them with the dressing and fresh pineapple threw them in a baking dish and baked at 350 for 20 minutes - turned out great and I am making it again tonight... used Greek dressing with Feta cheese instead of the Zesty Italian too ;) with a dash of parmasean cheese too
the temp is too high and in the last little while mine burnt. Followed recipe faithfully. Would have been delicious. I would cook at 375.
