Place 1 oz. chocolate in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. to 1 min. or until almost melted. Gently squeeze bag until chocolate is completely melted. Snip off tiny piece from bottom corner of bag. Use to drizzle chocolate over dessert. Then throw out the bag! Nothing to clean up.
For best results, spray bottom and side of round pan with cooking spray before lining with plastic wrap. This will help the plastic wrap stay in place making it easier to press the cookie crumbs onto bottom of pan.
Use back of spoon or bottom of dry measuring cup to press crumb mixture onto bottom of pan.
Crushing cookies into crumbs can be a messy task. To keep the mess to a minimum, place the whole cookies in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush the cookies into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag until the crumbs are as fine as you need.
