  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat butter and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add cheese; mix well. Mix flour and seasonings. Add to cheese mixture; stir until well blended.
  • Divide dough in half. Roll each half into 9-inch log on lightly floured surface; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Place in single layer on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 14 to 16 min. or until golden brown. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.

    So yummy! Have already made it a few times and will be making more for Christmas :)

    I doubled this recipe, but not the rosemary. Shredding the cheese with the fine side of the shredder made it easier to blend the cheese. After forming logs, I refrigerated and made much easier to handle and to cut. Delicious :)

    These were horrible! Had to throw them out! They very very hard to roll, had to add butter to my hands. The rosemary was overpowering and they were so very dry and almost bitter.
