  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet; place in 3-L baking dish.
  • Mix dressing, jam and soup mix in small bowl. Pour over chicken.
  • Bake 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with rice to soak up every last bit of sauce. A tossed green salad completes the meal.

    This dish was delicious and I will make again. I do recommend first making sure the chicken breasts fit the dish snugly in one layer before pouring the sauce over so as not to waste too much sauce as it burns around the chicken if the dish is too big. Second, line the baking or casserole dish with foil first as I didn't. The burnt on jam mix was not easy to remove.
