  • Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp of the dressing.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F); cut into strips.
  • Place salad greens on serving platter; top with the beans, tomatoes and chicken. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp dressing; sprinkle with cheese and onions.

How to Blanch Fresh Vegetables

Add the vegetables to a large pot of boiling water. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, then immediately plunge the vegetables into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When completely cool, drain and pat dry.
