We've taken a classic chocolate bread pudding and gave it a makeover. We used skim milk, reduced the chocolate and used egg whites instead of whole eggs. To create a creamy texture, we added Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product to the milk mixture. All told, you'll save you 40 calories and 3 g of fat per serving when compared to the classic recipe!
Each serving of this special treat has 200 calories. Enjoy it as part of your overall healthful eating plan!

Excellent- especially with icecream
The cream cheese stays too chunky for my liking. If I were to make it again I would find a way to make the cream cheese blend in, such as spreading it on the bread instead of having it in on its own.
