It was very good, the rueben is our favourite sandwich as this is a close second. I did use light chesse and dressing and it was still very filling
I served this salad at a birthday party. Everyone raved about it, said how good it was.
Only rated it four stars though because I found that when I mixed it up it was too dry therefore I added more sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
Also used a reduced fat swiss cheese and low calorie thousand island dressing.
