  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Remove and discard peel from rutabaga. Cut rutabaga in half, then cut each half into 1/2-inch-thick sticks.
  • Whisk oil, cheese, garlic, seasonings and mustard in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add rutabaga sticks; mix lightly. Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until tender.
  • Serve with garlic aioli.

Special Extra

For a touch of heat, stir 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper into the oil mixture before tossing with the rutabaga sticks and baking as directed.
