  • Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  • Heat oil and 1 Tbsp. dressing in skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken cook 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook an additional 1 min. Remove from pan and cool.
  • Combine salad greens with avocado, tomato and beans. Add chicken and drizzle with remaining dressing.


Replace the chicken with 1/2 lb. (225 g) uncooked large peeled shrimp for a different flavour combination.
