  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth until blended.
  • Cook fish in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Transfer fish to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add red peppers to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Add spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture along with the remaining broth; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Top with fish and feta cheese; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.

Substitute

Substitute 3/4 lb. (340 g) uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp for the salmon, cooking it 2 to 3 min. or until they turn pink.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
