  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine spinach, pesto and dressing.
  • Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface; roll out to 12-inch square. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Spoon half the spinach mixture onto half the pastry; top with salmon and remaining spinach mixture.
  • Brush edges of pastry with egg. Fold pastry in half; press edges together with fork to seal. Cut several slits in top of pastry to permit steam to escape; brush with any remaining egg.
  • Bake 30 min. or until pastry is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with fresh apple slices and Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.
