A really good "quick" recipe with just a few ingredients. My husband and daughter loved it. I ended up using bone-in chicken thighs that I cooked in Kraft Italian dressing and a bit of oil. (Just needs a bit longer cooking with bone-in) I also added some light sour cream - served with a salad, very satisfying & delicious!!
Tasty and economical - a real hit.
