Make It

  • Toss romaine, chicken, tomatoes and corn in large bowl; sprinkle with cheese.

  • Combine dressing and salsa. Pour over romaine mixture; toss to coat. Spoon evenly onto tortillas; roll up.

This was delicious and so easy to make! I only had frozen corn so I used that instead and I only had the light three cheese ranch dressing which want well!

I omitted the corn and tossed in some chopped green pepper and red onion. I also used crispy chicken tenders, chopped. It was delicious!

I've made this recipe twice now, and both times I've absolutely loved it the first time around, but by the second helping I got sick of it. Maybe I should just learn to stick to one helping! :)
