  • Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.

  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over chops.

  • Bake 45 min. or until chops are done (160ºF).

My family loves this dinner! I double the sauce and use half of it like recipe follows, and then when the chops are done I brush on the other half of sauce! That way the sauce isn't so runny! Very Yummy!

Just like jennifergarcia27 said, make more sauce, and grease the dish, wish I read that first. Delicious! Used boneless chops and Apricot jam. This is a great recipe, will make it again!

Yum !! My husband loves this recipe. I make this on a weekly basis. I use minced garlic and ginger. I also double the sauce so there is more sauce to pour over rice. Also great with Garlic mashed potatoes. Be sure to grease casserole dish beforehand.
