  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers, tomatoes, water and dressing.
  • Remove Flavour Packets from soup mixes; discard or reserve for another use. Add Noodles to meat mixture in skillet; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Top with cheese.

Saucy Chicken Ramen Skillet

Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the ground beef.

Creative Leftovers

Combine the leftover ramen flavour packets with 1/2 cup each Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product and sour cream. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve as a dip with your favourite crackers and/or vegetable dippers.
