  • Immerse plank in water, placing weight on top to keep it submerged. Soak 4 hours.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Place plank on barbecue grate. Heat 5 min. or until plank starts to crackle and smoke. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients except oil and fish until blended.
  • Brush plank with oil; top with fish. Brush with ketchup mixture.
  • Grill 15 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
