Make It

  • Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chops and vegetables; cook 2 min. or until bottoms of chops are browned. Turn chops.

  • Top with oregano, dressing and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 min. or until chops are done (160ºF), stirring vegetable mixture occasionally.

  • Sprinkle with cheese.

This is very good. I used fresh vegs. and added cooked mushrooms at the end. Just used shredded cheese which I had on hand and it was excellent. Will make again with different vegs. and add-ons.

Simple and delicious! I love that there is no chopping/cutting involved in making this. It's nutritious, but really tasty.

very tasty, but instead of frozen veggies, I used canned artichokes, red pepper pieces, and fresh spinach. My kids and hubby loved it.

Yummy and tender. I used Italian dressing as I couldn't find the dressing from the recipe.

My family really enjoyed this, instead of draining the tomatoes I left the juice in so with any leftovers I was able to make a nice vegetable soup and I added diced, cooked chicken
