  • COMBINE ground beef with bread crumbs and garlic BBQ sauce, egg and Parmesan Grated Cheese.
  • ROLL into even-sized balls and place on a baking tray.
  • BAKE in preheated 400°F, oven for 20 min. or until no longer pink inside. Makes about 24 meatballs.
  • MEANWHILE, combine Kraft Thick 'n Spicy BBQ sauce with thawed frozen fruit concentrate. Add soy sauce and ground ginger.
  • POUR over cooked meatballs and heat in frypan over medium-high heat. Serve over rice.

    We thought this dinner was super easy and yummy. I added peppers, onions and pinnapple to make a complete meal out of it. It was a hit with everyone.
