    Excellent taste, I cooked some sliced fresh mushrooms and chopped green pepper in a small dab of butter for 2min on 60%power, then added rest of ingredients except cheese. Fish sank into rice mixture but cheese saved appearance.

    I used this recipe as a base for a casserole. I just added a can of cut green beans and it tastes incredible.
