  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until blended. Pour 1-1/2 cups tomato juice mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Brown meat with onions, oregano and thyme in large skillet, stirring occasionally. Add remaining tomato juice mixture; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in beans, rice and corn; cover. Simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; place, filled sides up, in prepared baking dish. Cover.
  • Bake 45 min. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 15 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
