  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add kielbasa and shallots; cook 6 min., stirring frequently. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Combine chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, crushed pepper and garlic in skillet. Add spinach, peas and tomatoes; stir. Cook on medium heat 3 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Add kielbasa mixture; cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over rice.

Substitute

Prepare using turkey kielbasa.
