  • Heat 1/4 cup dressing in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min., stirring frequently. Stir in cayenne pepper; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add celery, sweet peppers and onions; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tomatoes and sausage. Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Add water and rice; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until rice is tender.
