  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Remove casing from sausage, if necessary; crumble into small square ovenproof skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli, onions and pasta sauce; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  • Mix egg white and ricotta until blended.
  • Remove half the sauce from skillet; reserve for later use. Place 1 noodle over remaining sauce in skillet; cover with ricotta mixture. Top with remaining noodle, reserved sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley to ricotta mixture before using as directed.

Pan Swap

If you don't have a square ovenproof skillet, cook the sauce in a regular skillet instead. Then, assemble lasagna in 1.5-L rectangular baking dish and bake as directed.
