This is an excellent recipe -- easy to make and really tasty. I thought it might turn out to be a little bland, but not the case at all. A great weeknight dinner and a hit with my family. Leftovers are great too.
I used mild italian sausage and even pureed it up of the baby and he loved it.
Husband and picky two year old really enjoyed this recipe. We had lots leftover to have as a side with steaks the following night. I will definitely make this again.
