For added convenience, this recipe can be prepped ahead of time. Cook bacon and vegetables as directed, except reduce the cooking time for the vegetables to 3 min. Cool, then refrigerate bacon and vegetables in separate airtight containers up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave the partially cooked vegetables on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Stir in half each of the dill and bacon, then top with remaining dill and bacon as directed.
Substitute chopped fresh parsley for the dill.
