  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Unroll 1 pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board; cut into 4 squares. Prick centres with fork. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheets.
  • Spread each pastry square with pesto to within 1/4 inch of sides; top with cheese.
  • Gather 2 opposite corners of 1 pastry square at top; pinch points together to seal. Repeat with remaining 2 corners of same pastry square, firmly pinching all points together at top of pastry square to seal. Repeat with remaining pastry squares. Brush with egg.
  • Bake 16 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
  • Cut in half to serve.


Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
