  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until softened, adding garlic for the last minute.
  • Stir in tomatoes, broth and wine; bring just to boil. Add tilapia, scallops and shrimp; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until tilapia flakes easily with fork and shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cream cheese product and basil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and chowder is heated through.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chowder topped with crostini or croutes.

Substitute

Prepare using Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product; and/or 1/4 cup more chicken broth for the wine.
