family LOVES it, we make this once a week. The Scooby do (Tortiglioni) pasta really holds the sauce well, this is VERY VERY yummy

This pasta recipe is delicious and very easy to prepare! My whole family enjoyed it. I cooked the onions in olive oil and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned since they are in season right now.

This was a hit and one meal were I could make everyone HAPPY. My one daughter hates tomatoes, I got her to close her eyes and taste it but no luck so I gave her the pasta the bacon(and to save a little more time I used Bacon Bits-then used Olive Oil to cook the onion and garlic)and the cheese and she ate it all up, the rest of us well we ATE the whole meal...and everyone was happy including ME...It was a easy meal..I would make this again and even put it in the kids lunch boxes.
