Very tasty!! We made this for a party we were attending and we had so many people asking for the recipe.
We used red, orange and yellow peppers, just to give it some color. We also marinated the shrimp in the seafood sauce for a bit while we chopped everything...
Don't forget to keep a little for yourself, I wish I did!
Great recipe, I added chopped tomatoes which gave it more color and taste. Always disappears in a hurry in our home.
