  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp. dressing and maple syrup. Using a slotted spoon, spread wedges on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet; reserve remaining syrup mixture. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until tender, stirring in remaining maple syrup mixture after 15 min.
  • Brush tuna with remaining dressing. Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. per side or until desired doneness is reached.
