  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pour 3 Tbsp. of the dressing and the soy sauce into large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken evenly onto 16 wooden skewers; place on foil- or parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 12 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with the peanut butter and water. Serve as a dip with the chicken.

Special Extra

Sprinkle lightly with sesame seed or sliced green onions just before serving.

    This turned out better than I thought it would! I broiled it for the last 2 minutes just to give it that "barbecued" look. Served it with coconut basmati rice and raosted beets and onions and it was a hit!!
