  • Heat broiler.
  • Bring all ingredients except salmon and sesame seed to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Remove half the ketchup mixture; reserve for later use.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in single layer on prepared baking sheet; brush with remaining ketchup mixture.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 min.; turn salmon. Brush with reserved ketchup mixture; broil 2 min. Sprinkle with sesame seed; broil 2 to 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and sesame seeds are lightly toasted.

Substitute

Prepare using lime zest and juice.
