  • Rinse cuttlefish; pat dry with paper towels. Thread fish onto 8 wooden skewers. Place in shallow dish. Mix lemon juice and ginger; drizzle over fish. Turn skewers to evenly coat fish. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove skewers from marinade; discard marinade. Grill skewers 3 min. on each side or until fish turns opaque.
  • Cover plate with lettuce; top with fish skewers. Drizzle with dressing.

How to Keep Wooden Skewers from Scorching
