  • Toss 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing with 1 lb. red potatoes, cut into wedges and 2 cups each whole baby carrots and green beans. Place in foil-lined 10x15-inch baking pan.
  • Mix 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese with 1 pkg. Shake'n Bake Original Coating Mix. Coat 8 chicken leg/thigh quarters according to package directions. Place on top of vegetables.
  • Bake at 400°F for 40 min., or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

    I made this tonight for the first time. I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan dressing instead of Zesty Italian. The recipe doesnt say to do it but I marinated the chicken in the dressing before shaking it in the coating. It was delicious and had a lot of flavor. I wish the veggies would have cooked up a litle nicer though.. they were a little too crunchy. Next time I will boil them for a couple minutes before placing them in the pan. A great, quick and EASY recipe for any beginner, like myself!

    This chicken was very tasty. I did not make these particular veggies to go with it so I can't comment on those.

    i cooked this for 40 mins like the recipe said, but after serving the meal, the chickin was still very uncooked and the vegies were hard as rocks. had to cook for an aditional 40 mins. loved the taste after it was cooked though.
