  • SHAKE chicken in SHAKE'N BAKE Coating Mix. Place chicken on top of rice.

    The rice was not done when the chicken was done. We did not eat the finished product.

    I was worried it would be bland, but fortunately that was not the case... and also the least of my worries. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts, but they didn't cook all the way through. I will try this recipe again, only because I accidentally used converted rice instead of instant. I'll definitely be baking it longer, possibly in a covered dish.

    This recipe takes way longer to cook. I would recommend cooking the chicken first. By the time the chicken was cooked everything else was VERY dry.
