  • EMPTY coating mix onto a pie plate. Moisten turkey with water. Shake off excess. Coat with coating mix.
  • PLACE 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cheese on top of each turkey cutlet. Top with a spoonful of salsa. Roll up and place seam side down on a shallow foil-lined baking sheet.
  • BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with additional salsa.

    Quick and easy. Delicious!!!!

    It was quick and easy to prepare, but more importantly, it was delicious. I substituted the Shake and Bake topping for my own rendition - which included a lot less salt. I used bread crumbs, grated pamasean cheese, pepper, and dried basil. It worked out perfectly.
