  • DRAIN pineapple and measure 2 Tbsp (30 mL) juice. Add soya sauce.
  • EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag. Moisten ribs in juice mixture and shake in coating mix until evenly coated. Arrange ribs in 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
  • BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Top with pineapple chunks and green pepper. Bake 25 minutes longer.
