was good but instead of water pineapple juice works much better and as i cant have pork i made this with chicken breast and that works well to.
I thought the rice was a bit bland too, i used a little ginger, garlic and butter. It tasted awesome.... even my 4 year old ate it.
Couldn't help but think that the rice was a bit bland... maybe instead of using water, use pineapple juice (not the stuff the pineapple bits were in) and add a bit of butter(for the peas). 4 stars because it has potential!
