  • Pour Worcestershire sauce over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken quarters. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350ºF.
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 min., stirring every 30 sec.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken, meat sides down, over lit area of barbecue. Grill 5 min. Turn chicken; place over unlit area.
  • Grill 40 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with HP Sauce mixture for the last 15 min.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Food Facts

The indirect grilling method is used for foods that might dry out or burn if cooked until done over direct flames, such as whole chickens, large chicken pieces, delicate fish fillets or pork shoulders.
